Are you ready for these newborn photos? This little guy was the cutest thing ever! He was super easy to pose and just slept so contentedly. Even got some sleepy baby smiles out of him. Love when that happens!

He had the best fuzz of fluffy blond hair. It really stands out against the blue background. What a handsome little man!

It’s always nice to get a couple of very neutral shots like the one below. Even if you want most of your pictures to be colorful, a handful of black and white photos or photos with very gentle, soft colors are perfect because they go with so many kinds of decor. Makes a great gift! Neutral colors like these also provide some variety if you’re thinking of ordering an album. My style is naturally pretty minimalist, but that doesn’t mean there’s no room for adorable props and fun colors! We did several of these newborn photos in buckets–which is a really fun and popular option. This baby boy seemed to enjoy being in these cute and rustic buckets–as you can see from that sweet smile on his face.

What a pleasure to have this little guy in my Maryland newborn photography studio. He was an absolute champion for me and we got so many great newborn photos.
