Another exciting announcement–I am now offering a new product: Photoblocks! As a professional photographer, I’m always looking to offer my clients the best options for capturing their forever memories. I love the idea of photoblocks and am so glad I can start offering these. These pieces are truly unique. They’re handmade in the Netherlands and can only be ordered through select professional photographers. I am lucky to be one of those!
What are Photoblocks?
Photoblocks are photos printed on wood. But, like any other product, not all photoblocks are created equal. I believe the quality of display options I offer should match the detail and attention I give to creating the original artwork. These photoblocks meet my high standards!
About this Product
Here’s what The Original Photoblocks Props has to say about their product:
“So your photographs can maintain their high quality, images are printed and then adhered to the wood block (instead of being printed directly on the wood). They are then covered with a protective layer for water and light resistance. Each block is created to stand the test of time. The protection layer adds a unique look and the subtle charm of a painted piece.
“Photoblocks are a beautiful marriage of modern technological photo design and rustic handwork. This process is done entirely by hand by our great team, meaning each are a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Because each piece is crafted individually, the pieces need their own print laying, finishing, coating and drying time. This requires a carefully allotted timeframe to guarantee the product you receive is absolutely perfect.
“Sometimes we have to remake a product and that can make the production time longer. Thank you for your understanding. Please make sure you understand and agree to our turnaround times before purchasing.”
You can see below just how gorgeous these art pieces are. The high-resolution images have the detail of a photo and the durability of solid wood. I love the idea of these being displayed in a home or given as treasured gifts.
